The Thesis building is a 4 story cross-laminated timber (CLT) building, consisting of 40,000 square feet of offices and gathering spaces. The building received a 2024 Top Projects award from the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC) and 2024 Best Projects Award of Merit from the ENR Northwest region.
