Arts Council installs Gallery Without Walls sculptures along mixed-use project’s walkway

Developers of The Windward promised from the start to incorporate public art into the mixed-use project in downtown Lake Oswego. On Tuesday, that promise was kept when crews from the city’s Arts Council installed three sculptures along the walkway between First and Second streets.
