News Briefs: The Windward named top urban renewal project

The Oregon Economic Development Association recognized The Windward as the top Urban Renewal Project of 2018 at its annual convention in Klamath Falls.

The OEDA, a statewide nonprofit organization that works to diversify and expand Oregon’s economy, said the mixed-use development has catalyzed redevelopment in the city and revitalized Lake Oswego’s downtown core.
