April Jennings, Manager

April Jennings, Licensed Property Manager, manages the business operations for the PHK housing and commercial portfolio. With over 10 years in the industry, April started in the student housing branch of property management near the University of Oregon. There she helped students and parents to navigate the new experiences university life brings.

The next phase in her career was also in Eugene, Oregon with a diverse portfolio of Student housing and multifamily Properties. There April realized her true passion was landlord-tenant law and facilitating all facets of running a property management company. While gaining experience, she became Senior Asset Manager for over 20 multi-family communities, responsible for a large team and the oversight of over 400 million in real estate.

April enjoyed several fun and challenging Student housing lease ups, from the largest student housing community in Oregon to the largest Student housing community in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

In the past several years, April has learned the Portland market as a Senior Property Manager. Helping homeowners of single family homes and large investor clients maintain their investment properties while strategizing long term goals and navigating the Portland rental laws.
