Currently under construction, LO Block 137 is a redevelopment of the Wizer block in downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon, located between First and Second Streets, A Avenue, and Evergreen Road. When completed, the development will consist of three buildings adding upscale retail and housing to the heart of Lake Oswego. In addition to providing new living options, the project has been designed to enhance the town’s village character.
The three buildings will create an east-west public walkway between First and Second streets, and a north-south pedestrian walkway connecting Evergreen to the east-west walkway. The design creates the experience of three separate blocks, with a mix of places to sit, walk, stand, and enjoy the property while surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
Designed to be compatible with its surroundings, LO Block 137 will continue what the neighboring Lake View Village started. LO Block 137 will bring new retail and restaurants to downtown Lake Oswego, enhancing the local shopping and dining experience. Retail spaces will be located along both A Avenue and First Street, two of the city’s major shopping streets.
